Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations; familiarity with ATS.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a pipeline of candidates for various client orders.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and improve service levels.
• Conduct structured/behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Post and manage job postings across systems.
