Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for a variety of job orders, including temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. You will partner with clients to define hiring needs, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and build a strong candidate pipeline across industries.

You will assess candidates through structured interviews, coach them for success in interviews, and ensure alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting experience.
Experience in staffing or HR solutions is highly desirable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
Develop client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies.
Build and maintain a comprehensive candidate pipeline addressing client needs.
Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
Identify, source, and screen top-quality candidates for open opportunities.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand clients’ needs and maximize service levels.
Lead in absence of management and support special projects.
