Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will analyze hiring needs, deploy targeted strategies, and build a robust candidate pipeline to meet program demands.

You will coach candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with recruiting tools and processes while driving key metrics and redeployment opportunities across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and processes; ability to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for various client orders.
• Developing client- and role-specific recruiting strategies.
• Conducting structured/behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Maintaining records of market trends and candidate activity.
• Redeploying temporary associates and building long-term relationships with associates and clients.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand specialized needs and improve service levels.
