Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. The role focuses on building pipelines, advising candidates, and aligning with client hiring strategies to meet complex staffing needs.

You will conduct structured interviews, partner with managers, and drive recruiting metrics while maintaining high service standards and compliance across the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience with Adecco Group North America or staffing/human resources industries is desirable.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and ability to interpret them; ATS familiarity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop client-specific recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
• Conduct structured/behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and redeploy associates.
• Ensure accurate information is provided to candidates and maintain branch interactions.
