Job summary

Adecco Group is hiring a Recruiter to source candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will analyze hiring needs with clients, strategize recruitment approaches, and build a robust candidate pipeline while ensuring compliance and high service levels.

You will coach candidates, conduct structured interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to optimize placements and redeploy talent as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years recruiting or related experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and provide excellent service.
• Knowledge of employment laws and use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
