Adecco Group is actively seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. You will partner with clients to define hiring needs and build a robust candidate pipeline while leveraging Adecco’s recruiting tools and market insights.

Responsibilities include screening candidates, coaching for interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to optimize placement outcomes. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire job orders.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates to meet client needs.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand specialized staffing requirements.
• Conduct structured/behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Administer job postings across various systems and track candidate activity.
