Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary and direct hire roles, while building a strong local pipeline for diverse client needs. You’ll manage ATS data, coordinate recruiting events, and coach candidates through interviews to improve placements.

Responsibilities include qualifying candidates, developing client relationships, and driving retention with effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS experience and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary hire and direct hire job orders.
• Enter and track candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Develop local recruiting relationships and grass roots recruiting plans; coordinate logistics for events.
• Qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct behavioral interviews to determine best placements.
• Provide resume and interview coaching to candidates and assist with preparation.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure service quality and retention.
