Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Operations Recruiting team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, attract candidates, screen and assess, and create an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication and influencing skills, and a passion for helping business leaders make informed hiring decisions within a large, dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience or related sales, marketing, or HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across Operations and business support.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and market conditions.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Present qualified candidates and facilitate hiring manager interviews.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding process.
