Responsibilities

• Support human capital M&A diligence, integration planning, and value creation.
• Lead cross-functional HR integration workstreams from diligence through execution.
• Drive organizational transformation and operating model redesign initiatives.
• Develop executive analyses, roadmaps, presentations, and recommendations.
• Manage programs across HR, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and leadership.
• Build M&A playbooks, governance frameworks, and execution methodologies.
