Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Los Angeles is seeking a Legal Search Executive Recruiter to lead the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for attorney roles in firms and corporate legal departments. You will partner with clients to define hiring strategy, analyze needs, and deploy role-specific recruiting plans.

The role requires law practice experience, plus sales or business development skills; you will source, interview, cold call, and build a strong candidate network while managing offers

Qualifications

• Proven law practice experience with interest in moving to recruiting.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to sit in the designated city to meet candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates for attorney roles.
• Conduct cold calling to identify leads and market candidates.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from contact to onboarding.
• Utilize recruitment tools to identify and attract candidates.
• Cultivate client accounts and drive new business through referrals and marketing.
