We seek a mid-level Recruiter to support early and mid-stages of hiring across departments, focusing on sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and interview coordination.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruiting or staffing, strong organizational skills, and experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition support experience.
• Experience conducting candidate sourcing and qualification screens.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing activity for assigned requisitions
• Conduct candidate qualification and phone screens independently
• Maintain healthy recruiting pipelines aligned with hiring timelines
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate flow and interview scheduling
• Track pipeline progress and maintain recruiting activity updates
• Reduce candidate no-show rates through strong communication and follow-up
• Maintain ATS accuracy and recruiting documentation quality
• Support candidate communication throughout the interview process
• Assist with recruiting campaigns, sourcing initiatives, and hiring events
• Maintain candidate pipeline continuity across open requisitions
• Contribute to recruiting workflow organization and process improvements
