Job summary

Gates Hudson is seeking a Recruiter to partner with Hiring Managers to proactively address staffing needs and attract top talent. You will build relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process across the organization.

Responsibilities include managing 30+ requisitions, posting openings, coordinating interviews, conducting interviews and background checks, and guiding new hires through onboarding to ensure a successful start.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Familiar with state and federal recruitment laws (EEOC, FLSA, ADA, DC Wage Theft Act).
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Meet staffing goals by evaluating and recruiting candidates and advising managers.
• Cultivate a diverse talent pool and manage 30+ requisitions.
• Post jobs and coordinate interview logistics across Gates Hudson corporate and field locations.
• Oversee onboarding, offers, background checks, and paperwork.
