Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with state and federal recruitment laws (EEOC, FLSA, ADA, DC Wage Theft Protection Act).
• Ability to clearly communicate the company’s narrative to job seekers.
• Proven closing and negotiation skills with sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar full-cycle ATS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to meet staffing goals.
• Cultivate a diverse talent pool of active and passive candidates.
• Manage a high-volume requisition load (30+) with effective communication.
• Post job openings and source applicants via job boards and networks.
• Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks.
• Support onboarding: offers, background checks, and paperwork.
