Job summary

Audubon Companies in Houston, TX is seeking a Recruiter to join our team, reporting to the Director of Human Capital. You will support recruiting needs, manage full lifecycle processes, and build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and employees to meet hiring objectives.

You will partner with managers, advise on job descriptions and strategy, post positions, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide offers and negotiations to close top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 5+ years’ experience in HR and/or Recruiting.
• Experience with Direct, Temp, and Temp to Perm placement.
• Understanding of recruiting life cycle.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and anticipated hiring needs and growth.
• Advise hiring managers on job descriptions, qualifications, compensation, and recruiting strategy.
• Review requisitions for completeness and alignment with requirements.
• Post approved positions on company career site and external boards.
• Source, identify, and pre-screen candidates based on position requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, evaluation, offers, negotiation, closing.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers at all levels.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Provide guidance on candidate qualifications and market conditions.
