Job summary

Reserv is seeking an experienced recruiter to own its outbound pipeline for corporate functions, including strategy, legal, finance, and account management. You will source from scratch, perform cold outreach on LinkedIn, and engage passive candidates who aren’t actively looking, while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

You will partner with hiring managers to map the market, provide compensation benchmarks, and push for urgency without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including professional-services or corporate roles.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates through direct outreach (LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals).
• Strong market mapping and competitive intelligence; outbound-first sourcing.
• Consultative, client-advisory mindset; trusted advisor to hiring leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication that drives responses from senior candidates.
• High discretion and sound judgment on confidential searches; experience owning them from intake through offer.
• Ability to manage multiple searches independently and meet tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound sourcing and pipeline development for corporate and operations roles.
• Engage candidates through warm, credible outreach and assess fit quickly.
• Partner with hiring managers; provide market intelligence and realistic timelines.
• Manage the ATS as the single source of truth and keep data clean.
• Drive offers from recommendation to acceptance and coordinate compensation discussions.
