Reserv is an insurtech transforming claims through AI and automation. We are seeking a senior talent sourcer/recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for corporate functions, including strategy, legal, and finance.

The role is outbound-focused, with autonomy and a clear mandate, and may expand to tech or claims hires as the team scales. You will recruit passive candidates, build pipelines, and partner with senior leaders to move fast while maintaining discretion and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for professional services or corporate roles.
• Proven track record recruiting passive candidates via direct outreach.
• Strong market mapping and competitive intelligence with outbound sourcing.
• Consultative mindset; trusted advisor to hiring leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage senior candidates.
• Discretion and sound judgment on confidential searches.
• Ability to manage multiple searches independently under tight timelines.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing for corporate and operations roles (strategy, legal, finance, account management, People Operations).
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and referrals.
• Lead initial screens to assess skills, experience, and fit; move qualified candidates quickly.
• Partner with hiring managers; provide market intel on availability, compensation, and timelines.
• Maintain ATS data as the single source of truth; produce leadership-friendly reporting.
• Drive offers and compensation discussions; align with People Operations.
