Job summary

CapCenter is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our business leaders while advancing a people-first culture across the full HR lifecycle.

You'll shape employee experiences from talent acquisition and onboarding to benefits administration, employee relations, and professional development, collaborating with Realtors, Loan Originators, Attorneys, and Insurance professionals to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience spanning benefits administration, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and learning & development.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
• Proven track record collaborating with senior stakeholders, leadership teams, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development initiatives to foster continuous growth.
• Administer employee benefits programs with strategic insight and education initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with federal employment regulations, including reporting and recordkeeping.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to management and address complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leadership and recruitment teams to attract and onboard talent and build pipelines.
