Job summary

Ledcor in Reno, NV seeks a proactive Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across both crafts and professional roles. You will build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner with hiring leaders to translate workforce needs into hiring strategies.

You will leverage sourcing techniques, behavioral interviewing, and Workday data to drive timely, quality hires while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success sourcing passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative partnership skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent evaluation.

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines across high-volume skilled trades and professional positions.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent attraction through offer acceptance, delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs, develop hiring strategies, and provide guidance on talent market conditions.
• Assess candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques and consultative evaluation practices to identify both immediate fit and long-term potential.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity within Workday while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Proven success proactively sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry associations, job boards, and other creative sourcing channels.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative partnership skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent evaluation.
• Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple requisitions while maintaining a high standard of quality and service.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition, continuous improvement, and delivering hiring outcomes that support business objectives.
