Crescent Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across professional and technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, craft sourcing strategies, and engage high-quality candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive or difficult-to-find candidates.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and mid-level positions from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Identify talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for specialized positions.
• Conduct candidate screens to evaluate experience, qualifications, and alignment with roles.
• Coordinate and support structured interviews throughout the process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruiting experience.
• Support offer development and negotiations based on compensation guidelines.
• Track recruiting activity and metrics, including time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness.
• Develop effective job postings and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction.
• Support inclusive recruiting practices and attract a broad candidate pool.
