ManpowerGroup in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to placement, and to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, manage candidate records in the ATS, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews while leveraging AI-enabled tools in line with our Human First, Digital Always philosophy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nice to have Associate or bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods ( postings, social media, events, referrals ).
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process.
