Job summary

This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• Resume must demonstrate meeting the GS-14 specialized experience requirement.
• Time-in-Grade requirements apply for current federal employees (52 weeks at the next lower grade).
• Residency requirement: must reside in the United States or its protectorates for at least three of the last five years.
• Probationary period: one year for new federal appointments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software for managing a real property portfolio incl. facilities maintenance, workspace, lease and project management.
• Monitor real property information systems, analyze data and propose improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and facilitate program success.
