Responsibilities

• Provide title review and conveyancing guidance for CBP land acquisitions
• Draft deeds, sales and other land-related instruments
• Support DOJ as agency counsel in civil actions and prepare pleadings
• Perform legal research across CBP title and land acquisition laws
• Develop and deliver legal training to CBP managers
