Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Manager on GREF’s Business Partnering team to serve as a Business Partner for AI and Security, coordinating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align real estate strategies with business objectives.

You will partner with finance, PXT, legal, security, and other stakeholders to deliver plans, dashboards, and compelling business cases that drive decisions and investments across the global portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner across enterprise partners to support executive leaders in managing through ambiguity while inspecting and understanding trade-offs.
• Build systems and tracking mechanisms to deliver SLAs.
• Establish rhythm of business for each org, integrating GREF into planning and cadence.
• Implement reporting mechanisms to support leaders with data, analytics, metrics.
• Balance business expectations with fiduciary stewardship and cost savings mandates.
• Lead and support development and delivery of executive-level real estate presentations and business cases.
• Oversee issue escalation processes.
• Drive development, implementation, and execution of GREF and business strategies across organizations and regions.
• Provide thought leadership, industry best practices and market insights to inform decisions.
