• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals including valuation methods and market dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to support transaction strategies and client advisory services.
• Prepare detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and investment analysis for potential deals.
• Coordinate due diligence processes, managing document requests and facilitating information flow between parties.
• Support senior brokers in client meetings, property tours, and negotiations letters of intent and leases alongside client.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and deal status reporting in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams including research, marketing, and legal to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and market contacts through professional communication.
• Analyze comparable sales and lease data to provide accurate market insights and lease estimates.
