Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Transaction Manager to join our on-site team in Fort Worth, TX. This role will directly manage a portfolio of client-owned real estate within an assigned territory and serve as the primary contact for transaction inquiries.

The position requires 5+ years real estate experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, and DocuSign, and capable of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years real estate experience, preferably with some direct transaction background.
• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, manage time proficiently.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfortable reviewing real estate agreements and interpreting language.
• Technical skills for efficient use of communication with client and customers.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and DocuSign is a plus; Microsoft Office and SharePoint required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity related to new transaction inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date project information in transaction databases.
• Maintain ongoing communication with client via written/verbal updates and reports in a timely manner.
• Analyze and manage client portfolio by proposing transactions that add value.
• Conduct research on property details, ownership, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client internal departments.
• Uphold high quality standards and data accuracy.
• Serve as mentor and provide constructive feedback to and learn from other team members.
