Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement portfolio plans with client’s real estate goals and objectives in mind.
• Collaborate with brokerage professionals to negotiate terms for leases and sales.
• Oversee transaction service delivery and supervise transactional teams.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue tracking, and reporting of all transactions.
• Coordinate legal review of client documents and ensure data accuracy.
