Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the United States is seeking a Director of Transaction Management to oversee a complex portfolio for corporate clients. You will lead transaction teams, coordinate broker activity, and ensure alignment with the client’s real estate strategy across leases, sales, and other transactions.

The role requires a deep background in real estate transactions, contract management, and financial analysis, with responsibility for budgeting, revenue tracking, and reporting to senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance/real estate preferred.
• 10+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Experience with contract management/compliance.
• Must obtain a state real estate salesperson license.
• LEED, MCR, CCIM designations are a plus.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate documents (lease, sale, sublease, SNDA, estoppel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee transaction service delivery.
• Coordinate and manage transaction teams.
• Oversee field broker selection process.
• Determine clients' needs and communicate project parameters.
• Oversee negotiations and management of transactions.
• Coordinate legal review of documents.
• Ensure data accuracy in financial reports.
• Present activity to client and Cushman & Wakefield management.
