Responsibilities

• Lead market optimization planning and strategic transaction initiatives aligned with client goals and real estate priorities.
• Initiate and guide complex transactions, negotiate with brokers and stakeholders, and oversee transaction delivery and legal review.
• Partner with client corporate real estate teams and senior leaders to identify needs, priorities, and opportunities.
• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and value creation to support strategy and decision making.
• Coordinate process governance, technology enablement, and AI-driven solutions to improve execution and reporting.
• Manage and develop transaction teams and cross-functional contributors to maintain high performance and client satisfaction.
