Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Manager in the United States to oversee transaction management for complex real estate portfolios, ensuring execution from initiation to completion with strong financial discipline and stakeholder coordination.

You will guide a dedicated account team and align deliverables with client real estate objectives. In this role you’ll lead negotiation of LOIs and documents, drive standardized processes, and support strategic planning with cost savings

Qualifications

7+ years of real estate experience in transaction management, corporate real estate, or a related function.
Experience with high-level, complex transaction management including lease negotiations, LOIs, amendments, and transaction documents.
Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license.
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents (leases, addenda, estoppels, etc.).
Experience preparing and interpreting financial analyses, business cases, budgeting, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.
Ability to lead complex transaction workflows and coordinate stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Experience developing or improving processes, playbooks, forms, procedures, and performance measurements.

Responsibilities

Lead transaction service delivery across assigned client portfolios, ensuring alignment with client goals and real estate objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external professionals to develop transaction strategies and negotiate terms for renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and restructures.
Lead negotiation of LOIs, leases, amendments, and other documents with stakeholders and partners.
Manage field broker selection and coordinate teams to align resources with client needs.
Coordinate legal reviews, respond to issues, and support site visits and market tours.
Develop strategic real estate plans and provide transaction-informed advisory support to clients.
Identify occupancy cost savings opportunities and support portfolio optimization strategies.
Produce business cases, reports, data, and analyses to inform client decisions.
