Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Transaction Management to oversee day-to-day transaction management for a high-profile property portfolio on behalf of Corporate Services clients. You will monitor workflows, manage budgets, and supervise Transaction Managers and Coordinators to ensure quality service and accurate reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in real estate transaction management, strong leadership, and expert knowledge of leases, sales, and related documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance/real estate preferred.
• 10+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Experience with high-level, complex transaction management including contract management/compliance.
• Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license.
• LEED, MCR, CCIM designations are a plus.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents (leases, purchase agreements, SNDA, estoppel, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Implement portfolio plans aligning with client real estate goals.
• Coordinate with brokers to negotiate terms for leases, sales, subleases, and purchases.
• Lead and supervise Transaction team members and coordinate documentation, budgeting, and reporting.
• Oversee transaction service delivery and client meetings; ensure data accuracy and profitability.
