Job summary

Near North Title Group is seeking self-starters to join as Account Executives. You will promote our title insurance, escrow, construction escrow, and 1031 Exchange services, building long-term client relationships and driving sales across a national footprint.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in title/real estate sales, a robust network, and a proven ability to meet quotas. Willingness to travel regularly and work after hours is essential to serve lenders, agents, attorneys, developers, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of title or real estate sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside B2B sales.
• Results-oriented professional with a proven track record of high performance.
• Existing contact list and relationships with key industry players.
• Strong accountability and exceptional territory management skills.
• Experience meeting sales quotas in highly competitive markets.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work after hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Employ results-focused business development practices to achieve sales goals.
• Establish positive and proactive relationships with clients.
• Promptly submitting complete and accurate title orders.
• Conduct sales presentations, cold calls, and other appointments while maintaining accurate records.
• Attend trade shows, conventions, seminars, and real estate events.
• Stay informed about customer and competitor activities.
