SERHANT. is seeking a motivated Strategic Growth Manager to source and select top-performing real estate agents.

As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you will build a pipeline of skilled agents capable of thriving in a fast-paced, media-driven brokerage that operates with an in-house film studio and amplification platform. Responsibilities include sourcing through online platforms and networks, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and partnering with sales managers to set recruitment strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, specializing in sourcing and selecting professionals and meeting/exceeding goals.
• Deep knowledge of the real estate market, including neighborhoods and market dynamics.
• Knowledge of licensing requirements and industry-specific skills.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with agents and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: actively source and attract experienced and aspiring real estate agents.
• Candidate Screening: review resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Interviewing and Assessment: conduct interviews to assess skills, market knowledge, and cultural fit.
• Relationship Building: maintain relationships with real estate professionals to understand goals and fit.
• Collaboration with Sales Managers: work with managers to develop recruitment strategies and expectations.
• Market Knowledge: stay updated on real estate market trends and industry changes.
• Networking and Events: attend events to establish connections and promote SERHANT. as an employer of choice.
• Employer Branding: articulate value proposition, culture, and growth opportunities.
• Onboarding and Training: facilitate onboarding with resources and support.
