Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience as Real Estate Agent Recruiter, meeting/exceeding goals is required.
• Deep knowledge of the real estate market, including market dynamics and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to drive sustained market growth.
• Identify, engage, and recruit top-producing agents, luxury specialists, and high-performing teams.
• Build and maintain an executive-level pipeline of prospective recruits across assigned markets.
• Create personalized recruiting strategies tailored to individual agents' businesses and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Learning & Development to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience.
