SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to source and select top-performing real estate agents. You will build a pipeline of agents, onboard talent, and help expand the team’s presence in the US.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, deep market knowledge, and a passion for connecting with top real estate professionals. Remote eligible, with occasional office work within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field.
• Proven experience as Real Estate Agent Recruiter, meeting/exceeding goals required.
• Deep knowledge of the real estate market and licensing requirements.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with agents and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all candidate levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS, and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing through online platforms, industry networks, and associations to attract agents.
• Screen resumes, portfolios, and applications to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Conduct interviews to assess skills, market knowledge, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and understand career goals.
• Collaborate with sales managers to align needs and recruitment strategies.
• Stay updated on current market trends and industry changes.
• Attend industry events to network and promote SERHANT. as an employer of choice.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new agents, ensuring resources and support.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
