QTS Data Centers seeks an Investment Manager, Real Estate Site Selection to lead the diligence process for new investment opportunities and to shape location strategies for future data center footprints. You will manage end-to-end site selection, land acquisition efforts, and approvals with landowners, developers, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting or Mathematics or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of working experience in a collaborative financial environment focused on value-creation.
• Advanced proficiency with analytical and financial modeling tools such as Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct land acquisition and development activities for new project opportunities.
• Evaluate development entitlement requirements and secure approvals with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance site selection initiatives.
• Lead consultant/vendor teams for assessing site viability and development potential.
• Support site plans aligned with market demands and best-in-class development solutions.
• Oversee negotiations of complex real estate contracts and transactions.
