QTS Realty Trust is seeking an Asset Manager to own a designated portfolio of data center assets and deliver asset-level insights. You will model assets, support financing initiatives, and coordinate with Development, Operations, and Accounting to track capital spend and operating metrics across regions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in finance/real estate, asset management experience, and strong knowledge of real estate operations, budgeting, and reporting. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/finance/real estate or related field.
• Seven or more years of finance/real estate experience with asset management and asset-level financing.

Responsabilités

• Own a designated portfolio of assets and regional expertise.
• Coordinate reporting with internal teams and Blackstone for asset-level needs.
• Support capital spending, budgeting, and lender reporting across assets.
