QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Senior Investments Manager to own the diligence process for new real estate investments and to build and maintain financial models, overseeing due diligence and coordinating across internal teams and external partners from identification to closing.

The role requires 7+ years in finance, strong Excel and GAAP expertise, and a track record in real estate investments, joint-venture equity, and asset dispositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Mathematics.
• 7+ years in a collaborative financial environment.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling (WACC, NPV, IRR, ROI).
• Experience with GAAP and finance theory.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets and derive conclusions.
