Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Portfolio Planning & Strategy Lead to own the planning cycle for real estate, forecast demand and supply, and translate headcount plans into long-range space strategies. You will work with Finance, Corporate Ops, and divisions, reporting to the Director of Strategic Real Estate.

This senior, hands-on role emphasizes building models, leveraging Palantir Foundry or similar platforms, and using LLMs to automate data extraction, analysis, and presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic real estate planning or related FP&A roles.
• Strong financial and analytical modeling with defendable numbers.
• Hands-on use of modern data platforms and LLMs in current work.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with executives.

Responsabilités

• Own the Real Estate Planning Cycle from quarterly forecasts to 5–10 year outlook.
• Forecast seat, office, R&D, and production space demand against supply.
• Define metrics and recommendations to optimize utilization and leases.
• Collaborate with Talent and division leaders on location strategy and timing.
• Build decision materials for C-suite and leadership briefings.
• Develop and maintain the planning data pipeline and models.
