Ogletree Deakins is seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate Portfolio Management in Birmingham, AL to lead the REPM team, oversee lease administration, budgets, forecasting, and project delivery across multiple offices. Qualifications

• Four year degree and 6+ years of management experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Professional and have experience in managing, coaching, training and directing others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential to the position.
• PMP Certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the daily workflow, responsibilities and relationships of the REPM staff.
• Establish standards and policies related to lease actions, site selection and vendor management.
• Review lease terms, occupancy, vacancies and options; report to the Director.
• Prepare and maintain construction budgets for Real Estate Portfolio Management projects.
• Lead on-site construction design meetings and coordinate progress for Firm projects.
• Maintain project budgets and monitor variances; drive cost reporting and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain a project pipeline for the total real estate portfolio.
