Job summary

Ogletree Deakins seeks a Senior Manager of Real Estate Portfolio Management to lead daily operations in lease administration, budget forecasting, accounting, and vendor relations. You will mentor project staff and drive best practices across the portfolio.

Preferred location is around Greenville, SC, with flexibility for other locations. The role requires a four-year degree and 6+ years of management experience, excellent communication, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Four year degree and 6+ years of management experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Experience in managing, coaching, training and directing others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• PMP certification is desired.
• Strong leadership and proven ability to manage employees effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the daily workflow of the REPM staff and mentors team.
• Establish standards for lease actions, site selection, and vendor management.
• Review lease terms, occupancy, vacancies, and options and report immediately as needed.
• Prepare construction budgets for Real Estate projects and coordinate openings/renovations.
• Direct on-site construction meetings and oversee project progress.
• Manage capital project requests and track budgets and variances.
• Maintain monthly budget reconciliations and financial reporting.
