Job summary

Ogletree Deakins seeks a Senior Manager of Real Estate Portfolio Management to lead daily operations across lease administration, budgeting, and project delivery. You will guide construction budgets, site selections, and vendor relations while reporting to the Director of Real Estate Portfolio Management.

The role requires strategic oversight and strong leadership to support real estate and finance functions.

Qualifications

• Four year degree and 6+ years of management experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Experience in managing, coaching, training and directing others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• PMP Certification is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages daily workflow of REPM staff and mentors the team.
• Establishes standards for lease actions, site selection, relocations and vendor management.
• Reviews lease terms, occupancy, vacancies and options and flags items requiring attention.
• Prepares construction budgets and directs on-site design meetings.
• Maintains budgets, tracks capital projects and reports to senior leadership.
• Ensures training and development related to lease administration and budgeting.
• Coordinates resources for project implementation and completes special projects.
