Job summary

Ogletree Deakins is seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate Portfolio Management to lead daily operations, oversee lease administration and budgeting, and provide strategic direction for real estate projects. The role reports to the Director of Real Estate Portfolio Management and emphasizes ownership, urgency, and high-level decision making.

Qualifications

Four year degree and 6+ years of management experience in a legal or professional services environment.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with experience directing others.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
PMP Certification is desired.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to manage budgets, track variances, and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Directs and manages daily workflow of REPM staff and mentors team members.
Establish standards and policies for lease actions, site selection, and vendor management.
Review lease terms, occupancy, vacancies, and options; report to Director.
Prepare construction budgets and coordinate on-site design meetings for firm projects.
Coordinate capital requests and track project budgets and variances.
Ensure training and development, and maintain monthly budget health and reporting.
Oversee project pipeline and reporting for relocations and new offices.
