Job summary

Ogletree Deakins, located in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Manager of Real Estate Portfolio Management to lead daily operations, lease administration, budgeting, and project oversight within our Real Estate Portfolio team.

The role reports to the Director and requires proven leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication across finance, operations, and vendors. Candidates with PMP and law-firm experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four year degree and 6+ years of management experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential to the position.
• PMP Certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages daily workflow of REPM staff and related activities.
• Establish standards and policies for lease action evaluation and site selection.
• Review lease terms, occupancy, vacancies and options and report to the Director.
• Prepare and maintain construction budgets for Real Estate Portfolio Management projects.
• Coordinate and oversee capital projects, budgets and reporting for audits.
