Job summary

Ogletree Deakins seeks a Senior Manager of Real Estate Portfolio Management to join our expanding department.

The Senior Manager reports to the Director of Real Estate Portfolio Management and will manage daily operations to provide answers, directions, and solutions related to lease administration, budget/forecasting, accounting, general ledger, vendor and landlord inquiries while supporting business leaders in real estate, project management, and finance.

Qualifications

• Four year degree and 6+ years of management experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Experience in managing, coaching, training and directing others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• PMP Certification is desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages daily workflow of REPM staff and provides leadership.
• Evaluate lease terms, budgets, site selection, relocations, and vendor management.
• Review lease items, occupancy, vacancies and options; maintain budgets and variances.
• Prepare construction budgets and direct on-site meetings for Firm projects.
• Coordinate capital projects, track requests, and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain reconciliation of tenant improvement funds and project costs.
• Develop and maintain project pipeline with budget/schedule focus.
