This individual contributor role will focus on ROE, bulk agreements, and marketing partnerships, requiring strong deal execution and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in real estate partnerships or complex B2B sales.
• Proven track record of negotiating multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience with MDU, HOA, or commercial real estate ecosystems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with ownership groups, developers, and C-level stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution across ROE, bulk service, and EMA/NEMA agreements.
• Drive growth by expanding serviceable locations and markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deploy deals from agreement to deployment.
