Herc Rentals in Bonita Springs, FL, is seeking a Real Estate Manager to oversee a portfolio of roughly 350 locations across North America and identify new sites to fuel growth.

Responsibilities include broker network management, market research, LOI drafting, rent analyses, zoning/permitting reviews, lease negotiations with legal and senior management, and coordinating branch openings and closures with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a real estate, marketing, management, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of experience in a fast-paced corporate real estate environment, in a deal-making/negotiating capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve a portfolio of ~350 locations across North America.
• Communicate objectives to broker partners and manage broker/developer network.
• Conduct market research and site selection for new branches.
• Draft LOIs and negotiate lease terms with landlords and legal teams.
• Prepare market rent analyses and site approval packages for REC meetings.
• Coordinate branch openings and closings with cross-functional teams.
