Responsibilities

• Search for prospective tenants regionally and nationally to lease spaces in Benderson Development's portfolio.
• Evaluate leasing scenarios, analyze credit/financing impact, and negotiate leases.
• Canvass and qualify prospective tenants; develop leasing strategies for local, regional, and national levels.
• Perform due diligence on tenants and compile information for presentation to decision-makers.
• Coordinate with construction and property management teams to ensure smooth buildouts and tenant requests.
• Oversee creation/update of marketing materials related to opportunities in the portfolio.
