Job summary

Jokake Construction Services seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth by building and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding strategic alliances. You will work across marketing and project teams to pursue and win projects within a 6–12 month sales cycle.

The role emphasizes leadership, networking, and an ability to shape budgets and plans for annual growth while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high confidentiality and integrity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
Business-to-business sales competencies are a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage key client relationships and build new ones to identify opportunities.
Work with marketing and project teams to develop and maintain client relationships.
Track leads and pursuits; follow up accordingly.
Attend meetings and networking events to generate new business.
Develop annual business plans and budgets for leadership review.
Act as liaison with clients and strategic partners throughout projects.
