Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business required.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership.
• Direct experience in residential real estate development or related.
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• Strong modeling, debt financing, and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth.
• Advise executives on strategic financial matters.
• Evaluate capital structures and financing strategies.
• Lead capital raising, debt, loans, and JV efforts.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Manage accounting operations, close processes, and audits.
