Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Direct experience in residential real estate development or related environment.
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• Strong technical accounting foundation with strategic and hands-on ability.
• Advanced financial modeling and real estate pro forma experience.
• Experience with debt financing, refinancing, and lender negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Serve as strategic financial advisor to executive leadership.
• Evaluate capital structures and financing strategies.
• Provide financial insight supporting investment and development decisions.
• Lead financing for residential development projects and manage lender relationships.
